Verify Payment

Verify includes processing any credit, debit or major card payments that you use to make your purchase, payment will be authorized at the time of purchase. Once the payment is complete, your order will be processed, and shipped out via the shipping method you’ve selected.

Processing

This is done as soon as payment method is complete. Usually takes up to a day or two for us here at IconiKStylez depending on the size of the order, for very large orders please order in advance and email shop@iconikstylez.com for faster service.

Delivery

Delivery is absolutely free and usually takes up to two days depending on the area. For next day delivery option there is a flat rate of $14 only in the US!

All other delivery out of US for IconikStylez.com Shipping is usually will take up to 5-10 business days for standard delivery. There will also be options for expedited shipping with a small fee that will occur. Please contact customer service at shop@iconikstylez.com for any questions and concerns.

Sales

All sales are Final and only qualify for a return if your item(s) is damaged/
defective from IconikStylez.com or you were sent the wrong item.
There are No refunds. Shipping and handling fees are also non-refundable,
including all refused and unaccepted packages. Items must be in their original condition

(unwashed, unworn) with the original packaging to receive store credit or an exchange. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to request a return for exchange or store credit (requirements must be met), please follow these guidelines.

Exchange or Store Credit

For all exchanges or store credits weather the product was damaged, defective, or you were sent the wrong item(as in size, color, or etc.) please contact customer service within
3 days from your delivery date or all recovery will be voided
via email: shop@iconikstylez.com they will respond within 48 hours of you contacting them. Please make sure you have valid proof as in pictures of the damage (close-up and full shot), your invoice number, style number, color, size, and number of damaged or defective item(s) It can take 1-3 business days to investigate. Then you will be contacted with resolution
